Print as they did in the past - printing session with graphic artist Zoltán Jánváry

Graphic artist Zoltán Jánváry will introduce the mysteries of printing at the Night of Museums.

Printing renaissance woodcuts using period printing techniques, reconstructed printing presses and woodblocks. In addition to a page from the Bible of Vizsoly and a detail of Albrecht Dürer's engraving of Erasmus in Rotterdam, two new prints will be produced for this occasion: a magic square from Dürer's Etching of Melancholy and a lion.
