Szenna Skanzen – open air museum
Just 8 km from Kaposvár, in the Zselic Landscape Protection Area, the Szennai Open-Air Museum awaits those wishing to relax with a beautiful natural environment and a variety of programs. The third open-air ethnographic museum in the country, opened in 1978, was uniquely established in the middle of a living village with the active participation of the community. Its basic goal is to preserve and present the diverse folk culture and rich material and intellectual heritage of Zselic and Inner Somogy.
