“Fabulous Food - Not Just for Vegans,” cooking show with Kristof Steiner and Nimrod Dagan

It is for the fourth time that Kristóf joins the team of the Holocaust Memorial Center during the Night of Museums to heat up his pans, sharpen his knives and create frantic delicacies on a 100% plant basis in front of the audience.

The menu this time was inspired by vegan awareness, but the initiates may also feel the influence of contemporary Jewish cuisine, Israeli flavors, Middle Eastern and European-Ashkenazi cuisine.
