Ride a bike or get into an electric car

This year those who would like to attend the Night of Museums programmes but want to remain environmentally conscious can choose from three different eco-vehicles: 

1. Electric Mini cars

Just like last year, visitors can use the electric small car service reaching small museums in the following three routes:

Services run every 8-10 minutes between 6 and 12 pm and they stop right in front of the institutions. (For Liszt Ferenc Museum the electric car stop is at Andrássy út – Vörösmarty utca crossing and for Ferenc Hopp Asian Museum the car stop is opposite the museum, across Andrássy út.

The electric car service can only be used by those having a valid Night of Museums wristband.


2. MOL BUBI

Night of Museums venues can easily be reached by MOL BUBI public bikes since there are docking stations near to almost all of the museums in the inner city. From 25th May to 23rd June, you can buy a discounted quarterly ‘Museum MOL Bubi’ pass for HUF 3900 (50% off) at BKK Customer Service Centres. (Discounted price shall be applicable if you allow BKK Zrt. to send electronic mails for direct marketing purposes in line with its Data Management Policy.)

3. GreenGo

If you prefer comfortable and air-conditioned cars, go for the 100% electric fleet of GreenGo and enjoy the advantages as follows:

  • 50% off from the driving fee from 23rd June, 11:00 to 24th June, 04:00 for all GreenGo users redeeming the GGMUZEJ coupon code in the GreenGo application.
  • 100% off from registration fee for those creating an active contract between 1st June and 24th June.

Download the application and follow the steps of registration:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Enter the coupon code above to the My Coupons menu of the GreenGo application

If you want to try the cars but you don’t want to drive, take a ride on the ‘Pegasus’ circle line operated by GreenGo drivers during the event!
